Website and portal terms

These terms govern the public website and baseline portal use. A signed institution agreement, order form and data-processing agreement take precedence for contracted services.

Authorized use

The staff workspace is for personnel authorized by a participating institution. Credentials are individual, must not be shared and do not establish tenant authority without server-side institution mapping.

Decision responsibility

DurujScore provides information and evidence. The institution owns policy and final lending decisions. The institution CBS or LMS remains authoritative for booking, balances, posting and settlement.

Prohibited activity

Unauthorized access, account sharing or tenant-boundary testing without written approval.
Using the service to discriminate unlawfully or bypass required human review.
Introducing malicious code, scraping protected data or interfering with availability.
Treating illustrative demonstrations as production records or binding credit decisions.

Availability and warranties

Public demonstrations are illustrative. Production service levels, support, warranties, liability allocation and termination rights exist only where stated in the applicable signed agreement.

Changes

Material public-term changes will be dated on this page. Contracted institutions receive notices according to their agreement.
